With residences starting at 150 feet above Manhattan’s New Downtown, and a unique pleated curtain wall design, each residence at 77 Greenwich comes with an impressive water view. RODE’s approach to this brand was to capture these unique features and to take our audience of astute individuals and families on a journey to the sky. We implemented a variety of visual elements in the branding: an ultra-soft, padded blue leather brochure cover to represent the sky, a custom-designed graphic composition to embody the fluidity of the nearby New York Harbor, and custom watercolor illustrations throughout to continue the feeling of light and air. This rich combination aided the building’s sales professionals in positioning these residences as an exquisite retreat away from it all.
