One Five One
This newly renovated commercial property, filled with modern workspaces and amenities, sought to attract today’s creatively-driven workforces by positioning itself as closer to Bryant Park. To achieve this, we introduced the branding in two phases. Phase one utilized a robust campaign that incorporated targeted messaging, dynamic infographics, and biophilic design to announce building renovations and mid-rise floors with terrace opportunities. Phase two transitioned 4TS into One Five One to showcase an impressive amenity floor and tower opportunities. Each of these elements was able to emphasize the organic roots of the project in a unique way and attract “future focused” tenants who demand that innovation be a part of the workplace experience.
