Ocean Avenue brings West Coast living to the East Coast. This exclusive set of eight condominiums and five beachfront homes features modern interior design and architecture nestled between two bodies of water: a quiet lake and the Atlantic Ocean. To capture the casual elegance of these serene beachfront homes, we created a brand that reflected the mesmerizing sunsets and ocean breezes experienced in this community. By utilizing color and texture, potential buyers were treated to a sensory experience each time they encountered the brand.

“We like the idea of walking into one of our houses and being able to look through the space to the view beyond. We drew our inspiration from the open-air style of homes on the beaches of Malibu, California.
